Registration priority is given to:

Siblings of current students in Tufenkian Preschool or Chamlian School.
Parents working in Prelacy wide Armenian Organizations.

Guidelines for enrolling children in age appropriate classroom settings.

A child must be 3 years old by December 2nd, to be admitted and placed into 3 year old groups. (Children must be potty trained when starting school).
A child must be 4 years old by December 2nd, to be admitted and placed into 4 year old groups.
A child must be 5 years old by December 2nd, to be admitted and placed into Kindergarten.

School Visit and Orientation

Visiting the school serves as an orientation / open house and is possible by making an appointment from October 1st to the end of March. During the time of registration(month of April) no visits will be scheduled.

Registration Procedures:

Registration will take place in the month of April by appointment.
Only children who are placed on the waiting list will be considered for registration.
Children with priority registration will be notified and registered first. Then, based on the order of waiting list, registration will continue for other children.
Parents will be notified by telephone. The school will make 2 attempts to contact the parents. If unsuccessful, the registration will proceed to the next child on the waiting list.
Registration and other fees are approved by the Western Prelacy Board of Regents and are non-refundable. These fees must be paid at the time of registration.
The monthly tuition is also approved by the Western Prelacy Board of Regents and is based on a 10 month contract (September - June).
Child's Birth Certificate and Immunization Records must be presented at the time of registration.
