Parent-Teacher Conferences – Appointment Schedule

This year, Parent-Teacher Conference appointments will be set up online.

They will take place between 8:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. The duration of each appointment will be 30 minutes.

To make an appointment for Parent-Teacher Conferences:

• 1. Go to www.tufenkianpreschool.simplybook.me.
• 2. Click “select” under your child’s group.
• 3. Choose and click on an available time slot for the day of your P-T conference.
• 4. Fill in the information on the right (name, email and phone number) and select “book now”.
• 5. You will receive an email confirmation.

*Please note: If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please follow the directions in the email confirmation.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
